Returns & Cancellations
Unfortunately, due to the nature of sealed product in the TCG market, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or not as described, reach out to us at shop@jarocards.com.

Cancellations can be requested before the order ships, but please note that they are subject to a 5% cancellation fee. This fee accounts for the non-refundable payment processing charges from our provider and will be deducted from the total refund.
